About Us
1. Communicate and recruit students
1.1. To assist in generating leads (database) for local and international market (Doctors, Nurses and Beauticians) for specific training programs.
1.2. To manage, maintain & update the lead’s database that was generated.
1.3. To prepare and / or update necessary templates to assist in recruitment exercise.
1.4. To communicate and follow-up with the leads / enquiries by way of replying their email enquiries, postings on FB, text message, phone calls, etc.
1.5. To update the database regularly on a daily basis.
1.6. To convert the leads into active candidates.
2. Activation
2.1. To prepare and forward necessary registration and recruitment documents to candidates.
2.2. To ensure smooth registration and recruitment exercise.
2.3. To update activation database accordingly.
3. Marketing
3.1. To overlook and / or assist in the Company’s marketing activities, especially in social media related activities.
3.2. To assist in social media uploads.
4. Operations
4.1. To assist in maintaining the Company’s filing structure - soft and hard copies of student, sundry, supplier and other operation related files.
4.2. To assist in the Company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
Staff need to have following skills / knowledge:
1. To have through knowledge in using MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) and WINDOWS.
2. To have through knowledge in drafting and replying emails, PROFESSIONALLY.
3. To have through knowledge in email etiquettes, customer service and must possess a responsible working culture.
4. To have through knowledge about the use of Search Engines, Facebook and Social Media for searching leads, replying enquiries and collaboration.
5. To have through knowledge in the use of emails, email campaign, text-messaging applications and related services, including PDPA regulations.
6. Good communication skills especially in drafting letters and emails.
7. International and local online payment system.
8. Local educational funds and grant system, including KWSP, HRDF and SME grants.
9. To have basic knowledge on development of sales kit (digital and non-digital), desktop publishing and related activities.
